Granular Security Settings for Formstack Forms
We’ve introduced new Granular Security Settings for Formstack Forms to give you more control without sacrificing compliance. Admins can now precisely manage user permissions and form access, including the ability to restrict form actions, view submission data, and assign roles—ensuring security standards are met across teams.
Conga Template Migration Tool for Formstack Documents for Salesforce
Transitioning from Conga just got easier. Our new Conga Template Migration Tool allows you to quickly import and convert existing Conga templates into Formstack Documents within Salesforce. Save time, reduce errors, and continue delivering professional documents with ease.
Use Salesforce as a Data Source in Formstack Streamline
You can now integrate Salesforce directly as a data source within Formstack Streamline. This enhancement allows you to pull real-time Salesforce data into workflows, streamlining document generation, routing, and approvals—all without manual data entry.
Introducing the Formstack Streamline Homepage
Meet the new Formstack Streamline Homepage—a centralized command center for all your workflow activities. It provides instant visibility into your tasks, submissions, and document processes, helping teams stay focused and organized.
Workflow Assignments: Seamless Task Routing in Formstack Streamline
Our new Workflow Assignments feature ensures the right people get the right tasks at the right time. Assign tasks to users or roles, track progress, and reduce bottlenecks by automating task handoffs within Formstack Streamline.

- New email notifications for Personal Access token actions, for example when a token is generated and when a token is about to expire

Defect fixes:
- Fixed an issue where the billing information page showed in subaccount admin panels
- Fixed an issue that could potentially allow users to login with Google even if an org disallowed use of that login method
- Fixed a defect that prevented the purchase of Formstack Sign in some scenarios due to a lack of available user seats
Formstack Forms
Form-Level Security is now available
Customers with Formstack for Healthcare or the Enhanced Data Security Add-On can now set their accounts to allow form-level security updates
Defect fixes:
- Resolved missing Auto Delete option in Settings > Security for accounts on the Enhanced Data Security or Formstack for Healthcare add-on
- Fixed issue where logic was failing when handling blank logic
- Corrected signature size formatting issues on PDF exports
- Resolved timeout issue with Hubspot API integration
Formstack Forms for Salesforce
Defect fixes:
- Fixed custom filenames which were not correctly reflected in email attachments
- Fixed the Community Form malfunction after upgrading the Forms for Salesforce to Native Plans
- Fixed an issue where short text fields were getting cut off in generated PDFs
- Fixed the defect where removing a repeatable section caused dependencies in previous sections to stop responding to updated selections
- Fixed the defect where discarding a saved draft on compressed forms could fail due to a system error during the process
Formstack Streamline
- Home Page — We launched the Formstack Streamline Homepage, a new role-based landing page that gives users a focused starting point inside the platform. Admins, Builders, and Operators will see relevant widgets like in-progress sessions, recent projects, and system health checks based on their role. This first version simplifies daily access to key tools, with future updates planned for personalization and expanded functionality.
- Data Integration: Salesforce — Now you can connect your Salesforce data directly to Formstack Streamline. You’ll be able to prefill forms, documents, and eSignatures with live Salesforce data—and send updates back automatically—eliminating the need for manual data entry or reconciliation.
- Documents Builder — Formstack Streamline now includes a robust document builder that bridges the familiarity of Microsoft Word with the data integration, prefill and signature capabilities of the platform. With our new Document & Sign step, you can now choose between two powerful ways to generate documents as part of your workflow:
- Dynamic Documents: Build directly in-app using a familiar DOCX editing experience. Start from scratch or upload a DOCX file and flow data right into your document with style, structure, and full formatting control.
- Overlay Documents: Upload a PDF and drop in the exact fields you need—perfect for simple digital signature collection.
- Basic Task Step (Assignment) — Formstack Streamline now supports flexible task assignment, so you can assign workflow steps to individuals or groups by email, phone number, or previous form responses. Whether you’re routing approvals or collecting inputs from multiple stakeholders, assignments make it easier to keep things moving.
